Typically, “new” boxes have traveled the ocean 1 time – to get here where you can purchase it. Overall the condition is like-new with working doors, seals, no holes, or leaks. These boxes may have minimal to no rust, dents, dings. Delivery is typically 10-15 days from the date of purchase.
Every used box will have varying levels of visible surface rust. If having rust on your Used box is a concern, you might consider purchasing a New/One-Trip box instead. Rust on a Used box will not generally be a problem if the box is properly maintained and managed. Pressure washing and painting your box will help to extend the life of your box.
Customer has a truck & trailer that allows them to pick up their box from the depot on their own and will not be charged for delivery. A representative from MobileMod will contact customer in 3-5 business days to confirm pick up information.; including address and any additional information to complete pick up process.
Our experienced Logistics Team will set up a driver with a Roll-off trailer to pick up the box and deliver it to your property. The Roll-off trailer is required if the customer does not have the proper heavy equipment needed to assist with the unload process. Or in a situation where they do not have room for the standard delivery, possibly due to needing an exact location for their box.
Our experienced Logistics Team will set up a driver with a 4×4 truck and 40’ Hotshot trailer to pick up your box and deliver it to your property. The customer will be required to have the appropriate heavy equipment available on-site to anchor the box. Acceptable heavy equipment will need to weigh at least as much as the box itself.

Customer may, within thirty days after the delivery of the container(s), provide MobileMod with written notice of Customer’s wish to return the container(s). Upon receipt of this notice, we will provide the Customer with directions regarding the return of the container(s). The customer must return the container(s) to a location specified by us, and through a carrier specified by us. Upon our receipt of the returned container(s) and our inspection of the container(s), we will, within a reasonable time after such return, provide Customer with refund of the purchase price of the container(s) less any applicable transportation costs, any reasonable reductions for damage to the container(s), and a $50 restocking fee. All customers may only utilize this guarantee once.

We warrant that at the time of container delivery, the container(s) will be wind-and-watertight (“WWT”) and will remain WWT for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery. If a wind or water leak is discovered during this five (5) year period we will provide a repair kit with appropriate repair instructions to repair the leak or provide repair services to repair the leak in the container. The total warranty period will remain the same for a period of five (5) years and will not be increased after any repair even though leak repairs have been performed.
